What I Ate

Breakfast:

1/2 Grapefruit with a pinch of sugar
2 pieces of wheat toast with margarine and raspberry jam
Coffee with milk and creamer

Lunch:

Or is it breakfast? ;]

1 egg (sunny side gone wrong!)
A LOT of hashbrowns
Ketchup

Snack:

Apple Cinnamon Nutri-Grain Bar
2 Chocolate Chip Cookies
1/2 Banana

Dinner:

I wasn’t feeling too well so this is what I broke out.  =]

2 slices of wheat bread
1/2 can of Campbell’s Soup – Chunky – Savory Pot Roast
